About Roadwise Academy
Training built for everyday life in transport
Roadwise Academy is built for the minutes in everyday work where time pressure, risk, and decisions meet, and where small choices often have major consequences.
Background
Why choose Roadwise Academy?
Roadwise Academy is not built on theory from a desk. It is built on around 18 years of working close to professional transport, with a focus on accident prevention, the work environment, and leadership.
Over the years we have met thousands of drivers and hundreds of coaches and managers. That has given us a solid understanding of everyday life in professional transport, the situations that arise, the challenges that keep returning, and what kind of support actually works in practice.
We have also seen that different companies are often good at different things. One has found a good way to introduce new drivers. Another is strong in follow-up. A third has made safety and responsibility a natural part of everyday work. Roadwise Academy is built on taking care of what works and gathering it into a solution that more companies can benefit from.
That means you get training that feels close to reality, is easy to take in, and easy to use in everyday work. The content is based on what drivers, coaches, and managers actually face in their jobs, not on general theories far removed from reality.
For us, this is not about coming in from the outside and telling others how to do things. It is about contributing experience, structure, and a way of working that helps companies work more preventively, more consciously, and with a longer-term view.
That is why Roadwise Academy is more than training. It is a way to strengthen safety, responsibility, and development in everyday work, while giving the company better conditions to reduce accidents and work more sustainably over time.

Working method
How we build effect over time
Roadwise is designed to work as an operating method over time, not only as a collection of individual lessons.
Step 1
Start from risks that are real
We begin with accidents, deviations, and everyday critical situations instead of generic course chapters.
Step 2
Build a clear setup for each role
The content is packaged so drivers, coaches, and managers meet what is actually relevant for them.
Step 3
Create a simple rhythm in everyday work
Onboarding, refreshers, and follow-up are tied together into a way of working that can stay alive.
